Project Focus: Alternative Paper Pumpkin Card Design
If I’m being honest, I really wasn’t that inspired by the May 2023 Paper Pumpkin kit: Exploring In Color. It was designed to introduce the new In Color palette for 2023. I wasn’t sure what I would do with it initially but, I cut the expansive landscape cards in half and repurposed them as Designer Series Paper.
The free technique printable for this card design, Beary Cute card (shown), is available when you subscribe to my newsletter. I like pairing a comical subject with a realistic background or vice versa. It’s an effective technique that lets me use my supplies in unexpected ways.
