Greeting Card Design with the Rhino Ready Stamp Set
The Rhino Ready stamp set features a cute rhino in a variety of positions as well as grass, birds and a few versatile sentiments. I wanted to pair this cute set with the Taco Fiesta stamp set to create a whole new story in a 4″ x 6″ card layout.

- Snips – A fancy word for scissors
- Blender Sponge Daubers – Some people like brushes. I like daubers because they’re small, easy to store and they fit on my finger.
THE BIGGEST TIP FOR SUCCESS WITH MAKING ‘CRUNCH TIME’
Masking paper is the thing that makes this card possible. Stamping layers over layers cuts the weight of this card as well as the time it makes to produce it. This technique also makes coloring my designs a lot more fun. The Masking Paper technique I use in my video below is perfect for designing with stamp sets that don’t have dies with them. Why? Because a layered stamp design is easier than a design that requires each character to be stamped and hand cut. This limits the amount of ‘Fussy Cutting’ to one mask per character that can be saved for multiple uses. I show you how here:
