How to Make a “Party To-Go”
Creating a Party To-Go Pack couldn’t easier. Using my burlap tote I created a traveling kit that my Customers can play with on their own. A brief demonstration at drop-off is all that is needed to inspire confidence.
Contents of My Party Pack
Here are the items I used for my most recent Party To-Go Pack:
- Mini Stampn’ Emboss die cutting machine with “Sandwich” Plates
- A Matching Stamp & DieSet
- Designer Series Paper cut to 4″x 6″
- Watercolor Paper – cut to 5″ x 7″
- Embossing Folders – use a label maker to indicate which way they should feed them into the machine so they don’t snap
- Scotty Dog Paper Punch
- A Pouch with some basics- glue, Stampin’ Spots inks, Stampin’ Blends pens, Embellishments, Paper Pumpkin Acrylic Block, Washi Tape for die cutting
- A current catalog with my contact information
- A Project Idea Folder with completed cards to study
- Baby Wipes for cleaning stamps between colors
- A Ruler
- Tweezers
Caveats
In my Party To-Go Pack I didn’t include any art supplies that I couldn’t spare or replace. If I do this again in the future I may:
- Require a refundable deposit before delivering.
- Include a price list for the new, used or discontinued items in the kit in the case that my Customer wants to purchase anything in the kit after sampling it.
- Suggest a Kit that would be good fit if it’s an activity for beginners, kids or ‘scaredy crafters’ (crafters who need a little more encouragement on where to begin).
Follow-Up
I really do care about the success of my Customer’s Party To-Go! I want to know what suggestions they have for me so I can plan for future parties and I will definitely want to see what they create, too! I will always follow-up to check how things went and collect my kit.
I hope this inspires you to create your own crafty solution for your Customer’s needs. And if you’re interested in becoming a Customer of mine or getting a Party To-Go Pack for an upcoming occasion then, I’d like to invite you to contact me using the button below.
